【摘要】:ThecoulometrictechniqueisespeciallysuitedfordetermininglowconcentrationsofwaterinorganicliquidsthatwouldyieldsmalltitersbytheKarlFischervolumetricprocedure.Theprecisionandaccuracyofthecoulometrictechniquedecreasesforconcentrationsofwatermuchgreaterthan2.0%becauseofthedifficultyinmeasuringthesmallsizeofsamplerequired.Thetestmethodassumes100%efficiencyofcoulombsiniodineproduction.Provisionismadeforverifyingthisefficiency.(SeeTable1andNote6.)1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofwaterfrom0to2.0%massinmostliquidorganicchemicals,withKarlFischerreagent,usinganautomatedcoulometrictitrationprocedure.UseofthistestmethodisnotapplicableforliquefiedgasproductssuchasLiquidPetroleumGas(LPG),Butane,Propane,LiquidNaturalGas(LNG),etc.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Reviewthecurrentmaterialsafetydatasheets(MSDS)fordetailedinformationconcerningtoxicity,first-aidprocedures,handling,andsafetyprecautions.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection8.

适用范围
本标准规定了燃煤锅炉排出的飞灰和炉渣中可燃物含量的测定方法。
本标准适 用于所有燃煤锅沪灰渣可燃物的测定，其中方法A和B均可用于例行监督，此外方法B还适用于锅炉机组性能考核及热力计算等精密测量。当两方法结果矛盾时，以方法B为仲裁方法。
