【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportofthePrivateUserMobilitycallhandlingadditionalnetworkfeatures(ANF-PUMIandANF-PUMO)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINX)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).ANF-PUMIisafeaturethatdirectsincomingcallstoaPUMuserwithinthePISNregardlessofthePUMuser'sgeographicallocationwithinthePISN,providedthatthePUMuser'slocationisknown.ANF-PUMOpermitsthePISNtoprocesscallrequestsfromaPUMuseratthehomelocation,ifrequired.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinITU-TRec.I.130.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC17877.ThesignallingprotocolforANF-PUMIandANF-PUMOoperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenANF-PUMI/ANF-PUMOandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
