【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforexperimentallydeterminingtheeffectiveelasticparameter,E,fortheevaluationofresidualandappliedstressesbyX-raydiffractiontechniques.Theeffectiveelasticparameterrelatesmacroscopicstresstothestrainmeasuredinaparticularcrystallographicdirectioninpolycrystallinesamples.EshouldnotbeconfusedwithE,themodulusofelasticity.Rather,itisnominallyequivalenttoE/(1+)fortheparticularcrystallographicdirection,whereisPoisson'sratio.Theeffectiveelasticparameterisinfluencedbyelasticanisotropyandpreferredorientationofthesamplematerial.ThistestmethodisapplicabletoallX-raydiffractioninstrumentsintendedformeasurementsofmacroscopicresidualstressthatusemeasurementsofthepositionsofthediffractionpeaksinthehighback-reflectionregiontodeterminechangesinlatticespacing.ThistestmethodisapplicabletoallX-raydiffractiontechniquesforresidualstressmeasurement,includingsingle,double,andmultipleexposuretechniques.Thevaluesstatedininchpoundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
